The world of science cannot measure in terms of process and development. Now a days, technology reached enough that we are sitting in front of our personal computer that can sense and control human emotion known as “BLUE EYE TECHNOLOGY”. In this technology the gadgets are used which can sense the emotion level of human body like facial and speech recognition etc. The technology which are used in Blue Eye Technology can understand our emotion at the of mouse, it verifies our identity, feel our presents and start interacting with us. In this paper a discussion of new techniques known as Emotion Sensory world of Blue Eye Technology which identify human emotion (sad, happy, surprised) using image processing technique.

For example imagine in a fine morning you walk on to your computer room and switch on your computer, and then it tells you “Hey friend, good morning you seem to be a bad mood today. And then it opens your mail box and shows you some of the mails and tries to cheer you. It seems to be a fiction, but it will be the life lead by “BLUE EYES” in the very near future.The basic idea behind this technology is to give the computer the human power. We all have some perceptual abilities. That is we can understand each other’s feelings. For example we can understand ones emotional state by analyzing his facial expression. If we add these perceptual abilities of human to computers would enable computers to work together with human beings as intimate partners. The “BLUE EYES” technology aims at creating computational machines that have perceptual and sensory ability like those of human beings.

The eyes, fingers, speech are the elements which help to sense the emotion level of human body. This paper implements a new technique known as Emotion Sensory World of Blue eyes technology which identifies human emotions (sad. happy. Excited or surprised) using image processing techniques by extracting eye portion from the captured image which is then compared with stored images of data base. After identifying mood the songs will be played to make human emotion level normal.

Then later they invented a technology called BLUE EYES TECHNOLOGY. These blue eyes technology can detect the human feelings through a device. It can detect a feeling by eyes, speech recognition, it can also understand our mood and feelings. It can also react to our commands given by the user. This technology created a boom in which human can collaborated to systems. This sensing technology in blue eyes can extract the key information from the user. The reason for the success of this blue eye's technology is that the computer senses the human's feelings.
